**MISSION**

The EMEA CRM & Digital Marketing Responsible develops and delivers all digital, social and CRM Activities for Europe Middle East and Africa as a point of reference for all 6 Sub-Region in EMEA and for the Global Team.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Integrate the **CRM campaign** in overall **communication strategy**, in **coordination with Global CRM**; ongoing monitoring of the **leads performance** and implementation of strategy and plans for improvement.
- Be Account in order to **deliver **and **enhance** all the **activities proposed by Global Maserati** on Market being a point of reference in term of understanding of the project and **support **market in implementation both from a CRM perspective than a Digital Prospective.
- Make **Analysis **in order to give EMEA Markets and Top Management analysis regarding **Lead Management**, **Quality **and **Mix of Lead**, **Conversion Rate**, find out weak points and make action plan in order to improve Lead Management Performance. Analysis could be done partly weekly or monthly with follow up with markets at least once a month.
- Deliver **Special Projects **with a 360° approach (e.g. CRM:Sales Events with Absolute Results agency, Nurturing Campaign, DIGITAL: Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Spotify) in order to increase conversion from digital contact into sales.
- **Support **marketing implementing all **digital assets** from a Digital and Social point of view.
- **Deal with Third Parties** from budget to definition of KPIs to analyses results and action plan to improve performance.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or economics.
- Marketing/Digital qualification and/or experience demonstrating your understanding of **digital brand marketing**, **ecommerce** and **CRM**.
- An understanding of the evolving **digital landscape**, **trends **and **consumer behaviours**.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with other functions, departments, external stakeholders effectively and a learning mindset.
- Previous experience in the luxury/automotive industry appreciated but not essential.
- Proficient knowledge of English (minimum level C1).
