**Mission**:
The role is focused on ensuring the smooth running of all back office functions, providing administrative and business support to BU teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist in the preparation of contracts and invoices
- Assist in the preparation of periodic administrative reports presenting the status and progress of the unit’s works and projects
- Manage documentation: develop and maintain a filing system to register incoming and outgoing documents, sort, check and distribute the documents

**Education**:

- Master’s Degree in Education Sciences or Teaching Studies
