**About This Opportunity**:
The

This position will be responsible for supporting process optimization and answering day-to-day requests from employees and the rest of the HR team. In close collaboration with the other team members, you'll be responsible for smooth HR operations and making all details fall into the right place.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work on and support key employee life cycle processes from the onboarding until the off-boarding, including payroll data preparation, transfers, and leavers as well as handling the majority of employee documentation (i.e. contracts, amendments, recruitment paperwork, etc)
- Interprets pay policies (e.g., vacation, disability, workers' compensation, union contracts, government regulations, withholding exemptions, etc.) and ensures appropriate amounts/deductions are correctly calculated and applied to the various accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all governmental and internal controls
- Review current processes, recommend improvements to management and implement approved changes to allow Docebo to continue to grow successfully
- Coordinate with internal and external consultants on payroll and HR Operations related matters
- Develop communications and training resources needed for the HR Operations team for the France office
- Will lead the Australian and German payroll and serve as backup to the other payroll processing functions in EMEA, and North America, when required.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in French and English
- 3 to 5 years of HCM and payroll processing experience
- Strong knowledge of French payroll and tax laws with prior knowledge of the Syntec collective agreement
- Knowledge of other EMEA payroll processes is a strong advantage
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Strong attention to detail

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Knowledge of any other European language
- Be familiar with the payroll procedures of Australia and other EMEA countries, especially Germany.
- Experience working in SaaS/Software sector.
- Experience working in a transactional / process-based environment
- Experience working in a multinational company
- Experience working with KPI and SLA
- Familiarity with Dayforce HCM
- Strong command of GSuite tools
