**Summary**

The job as HR Generalist will allow you to support two plants in HR management and to collaborate with HR team in Valtellina and other Baxter’s offices.

**What you'll do**:

- Overall management of the personal administrative activities (hiring, resignation, termination, promotion )
- Support payroll processing and checks;
- Update and modify personal and organizational data;
- Support for HR activities and time attendance;
- Payroll support to employees.

**What you'll bring**:

- Bachelor or Master degree (preferably in economic disciplines or related to HR management);
- Previous experience in personnel management/payroll activities in other companies/work consultancy firms is preferred but not mandatory;
- Good knowledge of the English;
- Good relational skills and ability to work with different stakeholders;
