Define and control precise consumption forecasting for crew uniforms, ensuring optimal inventory management and cost control. Provide KPI, tools and analysis to support the RDA process of our fleet.
- Degree in economics.
- Good knowledge of the uniform market.
- Previous experience in a supply chain role, ideally within the cruise sector.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse workforces.
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems (knowledge of crunchtime is an advantage).
- Deep knowledge of excel (advance user).
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Fluent English, any additional language is a plus.

Specifically, the job holder will carry out the following activities:

- Stock Analysis, target setting and feedback to operations.
- Par level setting and monitoring.
- KPI setting, Stock harmonization between ships of the fleet.
- RDA monitoring.
- Coordinate with Food & Beverage Operations managers and Hotel Operations.
- Monitoring onboard consumption.
- Adhering to par levels.
- Prepares business case simulations to facilitate the decision-making process for strategic operations.
- Proactively proposes action to the Team based on the insights learn in the analysis phase.
- Participates in cross-functional business projects and perform ad hoc analysis upon request.
- Extracts and analyses all relevant information from various IT sources and support the Team in translating data into concrete actions.
