We're looking for a Programmatic Sales Manager to join our team in Milan

The Programmatic Sales Manager will implement the programmatic strategy to sell into media agencies, advertisers, trading desks, DSP's and other programmatic-side vendors to expand this key revenue stream.

This individual will be reporting into the Director of Sales, Italy.

**Programmatic Sales**
- Prospect and manage a sustainable business pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue growth to help achieve programmatic budget both directly and via the existing Brand and Agency Sales/CSM teams.
- Actively pitch and grow strategic relationships with agency trading desks, key clients, and vendors to further increase indirect revenue.
- Stay current on all industry trends related to programmatic buying and selling across all formats and provide internal recommendations, as relevant.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of audience and data standard ad products, and effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
- Gather market feedback and provide consistent updates to product to drive innovation
- Act as programmatic lead for the Italian market, with the potential to extend your expertise to the Spanish region.
- Build strong relationships with all internal departments including product, technical account management, product marketing.
- Collaborate with local Sales Teams to identify opportunities and sell directly to brands and agencies.

**Key Capabilities and Experience**
- 5+ years in an ad tech, or programmatic buying or selling environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving programmatic/data revenue targets.
- A positive role model with excellent data, tech and relationship-building skills.
- Strong relationships with local agencies/agency trading desks/, exchange /RTB platforms, DSPs and ad servers.
- Exceptional ability to analyze performance data and make compelling recommendations for internal strategy, as well as client buying and optimization recommendations.
- Proven skills in problem-solving, follow-through, attention to detail and prioritization.
- Exceptional English and Italian both written and spoken, knowledge of Spanish will be a plus
