**Corporate Infrastructure Specialist**
Ruolo
Riportando al Corporate Technology Manager la risorsa si occuperà di supportare i colleghi nell’assistenza técnica on
- site in merito a problematiche di rete, connessione, infrastrutturali e installazione/configurazione SW e HW.
Attività Principali
- Implementare e aggiornare sistemi e protocolli aziendali
- Installazione e aggiornamento software e programmi informatici in ambito postazioni di lavoro (PDL) e dotazioni personali degli utenti
- Gestione problematiche legate all’infrastruttura e alle PDL
- Installazione e Gestione SW & HW: workstations, notebooks, smartphones, tablets, stampanti, palmari, lettori barcode, NAS
Qualifiche per il ruolo
- Diploma/laurea ad indirizzo informatico
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Attitudine al problem solving e al lavoro in team
Competenze tecniche
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in un ruolo similare
- Conoscenza dell’architettura Microsoft 365
- Nozioni sistemistiche
- Conoscenza dei fondamenti di networking
La conoscenza (anche basilare) di tematiche di sicurezza informatica costituisce un requisito preferenziale.
Sede di Lavoro: Milano - con disponibilità ad eventuali trasferte.
