Outbound and Customer Specialist

**Responsabilità**:

- Gestione di tutti gli aspetti legati alla spedizione di macchinari e prodotti destinati a clienti dell’area mondo;
- Reperire e revisionare la documentazione interna necessaria per espletare in maniera compliant e corretta le pratiche doganali di esportazione e la relativa archiviazione ai fini di controlli degli enti preposti.

Export:

- Gestione dei rapporti con spedizionieri:

- Ricerca e negoziazione dei fornitori (trasportatori, corrieri, spedizionieri, etc.) per identificare costi e servizi più appropriati alle singole spedizioni (via aerea, mare FCL/LCL, terra e con express courier) in base alle tipologie di imballi, modalità di trasporto, rese, eventuale presenza di merce pericolosa e per soddisfare richieste particolari concordate con il cliente come attività di rigging, installazioni etc;
- Tenuta rapporti commerciali con trasportatori, corrieri e spedizionieri.
- Gestione di tutti gli aspetti necessari al clereance doganale;
- Espletamento delle pratiche relative a bolle doganali export:

- Emissione tramite sistema gestionale, compilazione e controllo dei documenti di spedizione (fatture, packing list, ddt, CMR, Dual Use, etc) e invio di tutta la documentazione necessaria all’espletamento delle operazioni di esportazione e di tutte le eventuali richieste per il disbrigo delle operazioni doganali.
- Coordinamento dei consulenti in materia tecnico/giuridica, trade facilitation, border management e certificazioni doganali;
- Attribuzione della corretta classifica doganale e applicazione delle norme relative alle regole di origine;
- Verifica e controllo, in collaborazione con amministrazione e back office, delle lettere di credito per richiesta di eventuali modifiche;
- Coordinamento con la produzione ed il magazzino per l’organizzazione/pianificazione dei carichi della merce:

- Scambio comunicazioni con i clienti finali, in collaborazione con i Project Manager ed i Back Office, di tutti gli aspetti legati all’organizzazione della spedizione (invio documenti, date di previsto partenza/arrivo, varie ed eventuali);
- Monitoraggio delle spedizioni per allineamento BO/PM/clienti.

Logistica:

- Organizzazione trasferimenti merce dal nostro magazzino ad altri in outsourcing e viceversa;
- Coordinamento con controllante e con gli altri referenti logistici dell’aziende consociate italiane sulle procedure e strategie operative per l’ottimizzazione del numero di fornitori adibiti al trasporto ed eventuali possibilità di risparmio tramite negoziazioni “di gruppo”;
- Back-up delle attività di logística in caso di assenza dei colleghi preposti.

**Mansioni**:
Import:

- Gestione ritiri merce acquistate con trasporto a nostro carico da fornitori all’interno dell’Unione Europea:

- contatti e negoziazione con trasportatori/spedizionieri per l’organizzazione del trasporto dal magazzino del fornitore fino a quello della società utilizzando il servizio più appropriato alle singole spedizioni in base a quantità/volume ed urgenza del materiale.
- Richieste quotazioni ed organizzazioni spedizioni per merci acquistate con trasporto a nostro carico da fornitori extra U.E.:

- contatti e negoziazione con trasportatori/spedizionieri per l’organizzazione del trasporto dal magazzino del fornitore fino a quello della società utilizzando il servizio più appropriato alle singole spedizioni in base a quantità/volume ed urgenza del materiale.
- Verifica/controllo/ricerca dei documenti necessari all’importazione per tutte le spedizioni in arrivo da paesi extra U.E. (fattura, packing list, eventuali certificati EUR1, ATR, Form A, radiometrici, sanità marittima, etc..) da presentare in dogana, identificazione delle corrette voci doganali (HS CODE) da dichiarare nella bolletta import e successiva comunicazione di arrivo merce al magazzino;

**Studi - Corsi di Formazione**:

- È preferibile un background amministrativo con competenze in materia di Imposte Indirette e fatturazione attiva;
- Corsi di formazione relativi alla gestione delle spedizioni, alla normativa doganale ed ai trasporti;
- Completano il profilo competenze in materia di Export control, iter autorizzativi per l’esportazione di prodotti a duplice uso (Dual Use).

**Competenze Tecniche**:

- Uso del pc e del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
- Conoscenza di ERP gestionali (AS400 e JD Edwards preferibili).
- Conoscenza degli strumenti di credito documentario (Lettere di credito, CAD, etc)

**Competenze Relazionali**:

- Negoziazione;
- Organizzazione;
- Problem Solving.

**Competenze linguistiche**:

- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (capacità negoziale)

**Esperienza**:

- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in mansione analoga.
