Aspen Medical seeks expressions of interest from **Neonatal** doctors for a developing opportunity in supporting the healthcare needs in a state of art hospital in Malta.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Deliver comprehensive care to neonates, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Perform and oversee advanced neonatal procedures and interventions.
- Educate and mentor junior medical staff and healthcare professionals.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical research.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with Maltese healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

- Verified medical degree or diploma.
- Valid license to practice in your home country.
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in neonatology; 3-5 years preferred.

Language Proficiency:

- Proficiency in English or Maltese.
- Non-EU citizens must provide proof of English proficiency (IELTS Academic with a global band score of 7.5, OET Medicine with Level B, or equivalent).
