_**Purpose**:_ This position is responsible for the management of the MIG & TIG products during their entire lifecycle, in accordance to the strategic vision of the assigned BU Segment in order to achieve agreed financial objectives. Develops and shares the voice of the customers.

**_Mission: _** Take responsibility for the execution of the strategy to achieve financial performance against budget, implement the portfolio positioning in all its aspects, including product data, documentations, approvals, helping the business to manufacture / trade the right products. This position cooperates with the marketing team to enhance the sales and meet the strategy objective.
- **Major Responsibilities**:_
- Work with the BU team and other departments to support the strategy development and to achieve the goals and metrics stated in the corporate vision.
- Regularly monitors and follows autonomously operational activities for the BU, managing the workload based on priorities in a dynamic market environment.
- Data analysis, sharing market trends and sales performance and competitor activity in order to assist in the definition and execution of the product strategy.
- Assures adequacy and relevance in managing the different tasks with precision and accuracy to deliver proper results respecting the deadlines given.
- Follows Product Management Activities within the portfolio to leverage product synergies, product rationalization, performance and pricing positioning.
- Supports TSRs, Customer Service Managers, Demand Planners to achieve the company’s business results.
- Executes product development activity, complete fade out plan of product replaced, brand management harmonization, pricing placement
- Performs special/transversal projects as needed to support Lincoln Electric’s strategic plan

**_Knowledge, skills & Experience: _**
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Data science or Engineering,
- Minimum of 2-3 years professional experience required
- Ability to communicate properly and effectively with the different depts. within the company and to customers
- Knowledge and experience with MS Office, SAP (preferred)
- Fluent English required, additional European languages are a plus.
