Our client is a prestigious international Group, operating in the cruise industry. For a staff increase in the Procurement area, we have been in charge of selecting the
Strategic Sourcing Manager - Hotel sector products
The Resource will join the Procurement & Supply Chain Department at the Company’s Headquarter. He/She will be reporting to the Hotel Procurement Director

**Responsibilities**:
For the Hotel categories under his/her responsibility support to the definition of the appropriate category sourcing strategy and vendor selection
Responsible for service level, accounting evaluation and financial reports
Collaborate with internal client like Marketing and Operations
Negotiating and administration of purchasing contracts
Responsible for Service & Quality KPI
Support and build strategic project in order to develop the operation on board for the hotel category
Design and structure common project with Company procurement team oriented to the harmonization strategy
Coordinate the procurement hotel sourcing team
Promotecorporate culture and values among employees, leveraging positive relationships with the company’s leaders to obtain optimum results.

**Skills**:University Degree
Solid experience in the role, in “non-food - hotel sector” or similar
Sourcing and procurement strategy expert
Negotiation and administration of procurement contracts
Setting and planning the team activities
Worldwide topclass knowledge of the market and players for the category assigned
Team management, People development, target assignment
Fluent in written and spoken English; Excellent communication skills focused on promoting openness and transparency.
Focused on learning and research, welcoming feedback and others’ ideas.
Open to diversity and cultural differences
Real team player able to encourage and help others in giving their best.
Area of experience:
hotel material supplies, such as bed sheets, chairs, tablecloths, kitchenware, dishes, uniform, clothes industry, professional retail
