**About the Company**: per azienda leader nel settore del noleggio a lungo termine, i nostri Recruitment Engineer ricercano un **IT Solution Architect**.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Attività di Solution Design per garantire l’allineamento con i requisiti utente, le best practices e le strategie aziendali e di gruppo;
- Impact Analysis sulle applicazioni IT per tutte le nuove iniziative core business aziendali;
- Creazione documentazione di High Level Design contenente mappe di integrazione e tecnologie;
- Validazione e consolidamento documentazione di Low Level prodotta dal team di progetto;
- Fornire supervisione e orientamento (technical leadership) ai team di sviluppo;
- Manutenzione di artifact, archivi e set di strumenti del progetto (template, linee guida e checklist);
- Supporto nella definizione dell’ IT Masterplan, con focus sulla roadmap di adozione tecnologica;
- Analisi e selezione delle tecnologie e delle metodologie aziendali al fine di promuovere la standardizzazione dei prodotti e delle procedure interne;
- Scouting tecnologico e attività di benchmarking per l’adozione di nuovi strumenti.
**Requisiti**:
**Must have**:
- Conoscenza e applicazione dei maggiori pattern architetturali (SOA, Microservices, EDA etc.);
- Conoscenza dello stack tecnologico on premises con focus su soluzioni Cloud Based (IAAS / PAAS) e gestione containers;
- Conoscenza dei principali standard metodologici (ITIL, TOGAF etc.);
- Gradita conoscenza di metodologie Agile /DevOps;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Orientamento al cliente, Orientamento al risultato, attitudine all’innovazione.
