**Job Description Summary**: Avenza Logistic Planner will be a key role in Aero Alliance Avenza Service Site organization.

She/He will be responsible to coordinate and expedite the flow of materials according to production schedules.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Ensure the correct procedures/process to stock asset and customer property goods
- Ensure proper communication and hand-off between shop, quality and logistic team
- Periodic check of inventory discrepancies
- Key interface with shop team and Warehouse/B&P activities
- Creation warehouse ERP transactions to reverse and pick material
- Optimize inventory and logistic processes
- Update Oracle eam/whs system

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- business degree or Engineering from an accredited university or college
- Proven experience in material/inventory management roles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent requests in a timely manner
- Ability to make decisions with speed and accuracy based on best available information
- Reading, writing and speaking fluency in Italian and English languages
