As the Head of Google Marketing Platform Partnerships and CPG, you will lead a team to drive efforts to build, manage and grow the network of GMP Partners as well as the tech digital maturity of our advertisers in CPG.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team focused on managing Italian partners/agencies and CPG advertisers.
- Develop the strategy including solution promoting and developing comprehensive plans for the partners within their portfolio, including growth opportunities identification, action planning, business growth forecast.
- Manage book of business, and achieve business goals on portfolio. Act as the lead to work collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues to help drive GMP business.
- Create relationships with partners at all levels in the partner organization (including executives, key decision makers, direct and indirect business teams). Be the point of contact for partners.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the product suite and its advantages by monitoring the engaged landscape and providing feedback to product development teams.
