Rotating equipment technical assistance leader
con esperienza /percorso professionale già avviato su macchie rotative con propensione ai compressori centrifughi, TUVA, compressori assiali ed alternativi.
La risorsa, inserite nel team di lavoro, avrà la responsabilità di:
- gestione e risoluzione in remoto dei Customer Claim, durante le fasi di Garanzia, Operation & Maintenance per macchine rotative, per specifiche area geografiche assegnate (Eu ed extra EU).
- risoluzione dei Customer Claims
- analisi su macchine rotative tipo i Compressori centrifughi, turbine a vapore e compressori assiali e alternativi.
Requisiti:
- Laurea Magistrale o Laurea a 3 anni in ingegneria meccanica, meccatronica, aerospaziale o discipline equivalenti
- Conoscenza base dei compressori centrifughi, dei compressori alternativi e delle turbine a vapore. Desiderio di miglioramento delle capacità tecniche e delle conoscenze sui suddetti prodotti attraverso una formazione dedicata
- Competenze nel problem solving, risk analysis e propensione alla Customer satisfaction.
- Atteggiamento proattivo, e results oriented, con ottime capacità di lavorare in team o indipendentemente.
- Buone capacità comunicative, in un ambiente multi-linguistico e multi-culturale.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese
- Completano il profilo: ottime capacità di analisi e di pianificazione, spiccate doti relazionali e comunicative, flessibilità e problem solving.
Si offre:
- Contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria
- Orario di lavoro: full time dal Lunedì al Venerdì
