**General Description of the Role**

The role of GBS RTR (_Record to Report_) team is part of the GBS organization, and specifically of the Service Delivery organization dedicated to transactional services including Accounting (RTR process), Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash and Master Data Management services.

The objective of this structure is to ensure service delivery securing compliance, completeness, quality and timeliness of services, by supervising, supporting and coordinating BPO (_Business Process Outsourcer_) operations, in full consistency with Group policies and GBS service model.

This team monitors on a daily basis the BPO and local entities performance (SLA/OLA), and it is the first escalation point for local entities on daily issues with BPO, defining corrective and change management actions with BPO, local entities or Global Model Governance team.

They also monitor and guarantee smooth transition and proper on-boarding of new entities and /or activities by the BPO.

The role of **Record to Report Statutory Sr. Coordinator **is responsible for performing a diverse set of work activities included in the end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) process for the Campari organization.

**Mission/Objectives**

Having a strong knowledge of the Group and Accounting Processes, he/she has to secure the delivery of services and to do this he/she cooperates to coordinate all the key players involved (incl. BPO and its delivery centers, local entities, GBS Global Model, Group Functions and external auditors), through a proper focus on SLA/OLA defined in the agreement with the BPO and a successful team working.

**Key Responsibilities and Activities**
- Complying with Month End closing requirements and deadlines
- Ensuring monthly checklists are completed without exception
- Ensuring data integrity and preparing financial information as required, in accordance with expected accuracy, timeliness and accessibility
- Performing regular analyses of the account variances
- Preparation of periodic and ad hoc reports as requested by management
- Assuring compliance and quality control review
- Provide support for internal and external financial audits

**Key Re**lationships**

**Internal**:Group Local entities, mainly Finance directors and other functions, BU CFO, FP&A Group team, Group Consolidated Financial Statements team, Group IT team, Group Internal Audit, SC functions and Group HR.

Strong alignment with other GBS teams is required.

**External**: external auditors, BPO lead team and delivery centers teams, consultants.

**Education / Professional Qualifications**

**Required**
- Audit experience / background 1-2 yrs
- Accounting experience 3-4 yrs
- SAP/BPC proficiency
- Multinational / International experience
- IAS/IFRS solid knowledge
- Excel advanced
- English fluent
- Degree in relevant disciplines (Economic/Business Administration)
- Experience in interfacing with business customers in defining General Ledger, account and reporting requirements

**Preferred**
- BPO / GBS previous experience
- Internal Controls experience
- FP&A experience
