**Posizione**:
We’re looking for a Valuation and Development Analyst to join the Global Markets department. You’ll be reporting to the Business Developer Manager and you will support the development activities through the preparation of information memoranda, economic and financial analysis using valuation models, due diligence, presentation of quantitative and qualitative assessment of potential investment opportunities with a particular focus on the development of battery energy storage systems.

**Tasks and Duties**
- Building and developing various detailed investment models/business tools, including sensitivity analyses, in conjunction with the financial, technical and legal teams
- Analysing the investment opportunities, carrying out valuations (mainly DCF)
- Supporting the team in the best financing strategy aimed at optimizing project’s capital structure (equity and debt) taking into account the main terms and conditions.
- Involving in complete transaction execution and liaising with external stakeholders.
- Producing exceptional support documentation, including presentations, due diligence documentation, and board reports, by summarizing analysis in a high impact way, and being able to present the results
- Becoming a specialist in the industry, by collecting and analysing macro/micro data on an ongoing basis to broaden market knowledge and enhance corporate decision-making
- Managing simultaneously multiple projects to meet tight deadlines in a challenging and reward business environment

**Requisiti**:
**Technical Requirements**
- Around 3-5-years experience
- Good knowledge in energy sector
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics or Management Engineering
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Excellent excel skills and financial modelling
- Fluency in English is a must, additional languages would be a plus

**Soft Skills**
- Prone to working in a team and independently, to problem solving, and capable of working in compliance with the assigned deadlines
- Excellent relational and interactive skills with diversified interlocutors
- Proactive, with a professional interest for our corporate reality and its processes
