**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
Risks and issues coordinator supports risks and issues management process contributing to critical process of operational readiness for the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

This role plays important part in support of planning and readiness for Games operations.

He/She involved in the following activities:

- Supports Head of Risks and Issues Management in pre-Games issues management process by coordinating and administering Issues tracker for Games Operations area
- Coordinates tasks and administers risk register
- Prepares dashboards and reports, highlighting the state of progress
- Organize and administers meetings
- Coordinate tasks and actions, exchange and validate information with various FAs of MiCo26
- Develops presentations and other documents in support of internal and external communications of Department
- Coordinates input and content for operational readiness delivery
- Supports operational readiness delivery with various organizational, logistics and administration tasks

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in risk management and project management
- Experience in major events is a plus
- Strong organizational and administration skills
- Ability to coordinate inputs, requirements and demands on numerous constituencies
- Ability to build powerful reports and presentations
- Ability to work under pressure and with flexible attitude to deal with changing priorities
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Team player and independent thinker
- Pro-active in flagging problems and proposing solutions
- Motivated to learn
- Degree in economics, business administration or related disciplines
- Excellent writing skills in Italian and English
- Advanced user of Microsoft suite ( excel, word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience with smartsheet is a plus
