Job description:
1. Being the first level controlling of LO KPI (DOH, Logistics cost, etc.) of Shanghai and Wuhan plants.
2. Being responsible for annual LO KPI and budget drafting.

3. Being responsible for the whole logistic operation of the Shanghai and Wuhan plants, including planning and physical logistics.
4. Being responsible for logistic operator management of Shanghai and Wuhan plants, including training, target deployment and control, organization evaluation and development, etc.
5. Being responsible for the standardization of logistic processes, systematism, and continuous improvement in the LO area.

6. Being responsible for involving all kinds of audits, and ensuring logistic areas are qualified to meet compliance and standards.
7. Cooperation for logistics development for a new project.
8. Following up on the global and Asia logistics policy.
9. Other missions assigned by LO manager China.

Skill requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree, preferred in SCM, logistics management.
2. At least 5 years of working experience in the automotive industry, 2 years of management experience in logistic function, and 3 years of working experience in planning.
3. Familiar with SAP, and MES systems, good skill in MS Office operations.
4. English communication skills.
1. 负责物流部门范围内各项工作运行符合法律法规,符合公司的规章制度,确保安全规范作业。
2. 负责管理上海临港工厂及武汉工厂的物流职能,以达成公司KPI目标为导向。
3. 负责工厂供应链计划及实物流,信息流管理等物流相关工作。
4. 负责区域内物流团队的组织架构管理、人员的培训,考核,目标管理等。
5. 跨职能部门合作,与质量、生产、采购和工程等部门配合,支持新项目落地,及项目变更等要求。
6. 负责物流职能的各项审核的顺利完成。
7. 负责物流部门工作标准化,体系化,持续改进的计划制定和持续推进。
8. 上级安排的其他工作任务
任职要求:
1.本科及本科以上。
2.5年以上汽车行业物流管理工作经验,3年以上供应链计划工作经验。
3.熟练使用SAP, MES等系统。
4.熟练的英语读、写及口语表达能力,优秀的团队管理能力。
