La figura sarà inserita all’interno del **team Application & Deman **d, strutturato per Vertical sugli strumenti aziendali.

Si interfaccerà con i colleghi del team e le diverse funzioni aziendali a livello **Corporate **, avendo modo di seguire progetti internazionali in collaborazione con l’area Digital Innovation.

**PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA’**
- Supporta gli utenti nell’utilizzo dei principali applicativi, valutando le richieste di supporto interfacciandosi con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte a livello global
- Supporta il team nella gestione dei ticket pervenuti nel portale aziendale interfacciandosi con i clienti interni ed esterni coinvolti
- Supporta le relazioni del team con clienti interni ed esterni al gruppo interfacciandosi con essi nello sviluppo progetti di integrazione e scambi dati EDI
- Contribuisce fornendo il proprio supporto nei vari progetti relativi all’implementazione, gestione evolutive e individuazione di nuove soluzioni o alternative da fornire ai clienti interni ed esterni, con particolare focus sullo sviluppo e integrazioni WMS per progetti clienti esterni
- Assicura una corretta gestione dei ticket pervenuti attraverso il monitoraggio costante dello strumento aziendale di ticketing verificando l’evasione delle richieste e applicando le azioni di miglioramento identificate dal manager e dal team al fine di garantire un alto livello di supporto
- Conduce verifiche e analisi per il controllo dell’affidabilità e correttezza delle attività fornita da partner esterni
- Predispone documentazione a supporto dei progetti, reportistica e analisi

**REQUISITI PROFESSIONALI ED ATTITUDINALI**
- Preferibile laurea in Ingegneria Informatica, Scienze Informatiche, Matematica
- Esperienza pregressa maturata in analoga funzione o in ambito consulenziale
- B uona capacità di ragionamento analitico e concettuale
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Disponibilità a trasferte Internazionali e nazionali
- Preferibile conoscenza di sistemi WMS
- si richiedono buone capacità organizzative e di operatività, capacità relazionali e comunicative, capacità di problem solving e flessibilità
