La tua nuova aziendaIl nostro cliente è uno dei principali player afferenti al Management Consulting, caratterizzato da un business model globale, ricavi per diverse decine di billion e alcune centinaia di miglia di dipendenti.In Italia il cliente presenta altresì un posizionamento da leader di mercato, con un Headcount di alcune migliaia di risorse e una sede decisamente futuristica e blasonata..Il tuo nuovo ruoloSiamo alla ricerca di un Associate e di un Senior Associate con un background nel mondo IT e un ventaglio di competenze che tocchino l’IT Audit e l’IT Governance.
La figura ricercata prenderà parte a diversi progetti di trasformazione del business dei principali players in ambito nazionale ed internazionale attraverso l'efficientamento, la messa in sicurezza e la reingegnerizzazione dei processi interni.

Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successoRichiediamo un’esperienza di 6 mesi per il profilo Associate e 2/3 anni per il profilo Sr Associate maturata nell'ambito dell’IT Governance.È richiesta una conoscenza delle procedure di ICT Audit, dei controlli nel mondo FS (mondo banche e assicurazioni) e un background nel mondo dell’Information & Technology.È richiesta, infine, una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Cosa avrai in cambioSalary package ed inquadramento saranno funzionali all’esperienza effettiva e ai valori di partenza, sebbene prevediamo un contratto a tempo indeterminato e pacchetti salariali sull’intorno dei 20.000 - 30.000€ per il profilo Associate e dei 35.000€ - 40.000€ per il profilo Sr Associate.
