Salesforce Data Architect

What you will do

Digital Technology’s Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) team is accompanying marketing and service departments into a continuous development and improving journey of Salesforce. As Senior Technical Architect you will collaborate with other IT professionals (e.g. Business Partners, Enterprise Architects, CTO) and HE implementation partners during project planning and implementation to share extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and product suite to craft solutions.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Leading the Design Authority for the solutions that HE has built and will build on top of the Salesforce Platform.
- Managing all Salesforce streams by collecting and evaluating business and technical requirements, guiding technical discussions, helping defining the implementation approach and being accountable for key aspects of the solution design
- Coordinating and facilitating admins and other partners architects/developers in the qualification of the requirements while providing the needed guidance during the design and implementation phase
- Interacting with other areas of DT to successfully deliver a range of solutions
- Interacting with 3rd parties/suppliers and where needed, being involved directly with Marketing and Service departments to collect, monitor and evaluate requests or needs
- Working on Proof of Concepts (PoC’s) to facilitate further the decision, according to necessities
- Have a deep understanding of technology and how it adds value to HE customers
- Have a platform view of the Salesforce program, identify and guide the technical decisions on Salesforce and maximise the value of the Salesforce platform across the projects

What you need to succeed

MUST HAVE
- Experiences and skills on one or more of the following: Service Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Identity, MuleSoft
- Extensive hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience for a major software domain (e.g. CRM, ERP).
- Demonstrable ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration, including management in guiding partners and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technology for business use cases
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience is required

NICE TO HAVE
- Architecture experience across a broad set of enterprise technologies, including integration & middleware technologies
- Experience in hands-on coding in object oriented languages.
- Data Governance expertise is considered a plus
