La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno della Divisione Impianti Tecnologici nella filiale di Roma dell'azienda SITE S.P.A. e verrà assegnata a importanti progetti di realizzazione/manutenzione di impianti elettrico-energetici. In particolare, come punto di riferimento per i clienti, le imprese appaltatrici, e le squadre a lui/lei assegnate, sarà responsabile della gestione e della buona riuscita dei singoli progetti, il tutto a riporto diretto del coordinatore impianti tecnologici.

**Attività principali previste**:
Gestione tecnico-economica dei contratti d'appalto stipulati con il cliente e le imprese appaltatrici;
Avviamento e gestione dei progetti, dalla fase autorizzativa alla realizzazione e consegna in cantiere, nonché successiva assistenza;
Controllo e supervisione dei lavori al fine di garantirne l'attinenza alle norme di sicurezza ambientali e sul lavoro;
Collaborazione con la Direzione lavori e gestione delle Risorse umane assegnate alla realizzazione dei progetti.

**REQUISITI POSIZIONE**:

- Diploma di perito tecnico elettrico/elettronico (gradita Laurea in Ingegneria elettrica, elettrotécnica, energetica o telecomunicazioni);
- Strutturata esperienza pregressa nel medesimo ruolo di almeno 3 anni maturata all'interno di imprese di costruzione e direttamente sul campo (cantieri);
- Competenza nella gestione di progetti/commesse complesse, inclusa la capacità di supervisione e coordinamento di squadre di lavoro;
- Dimestichezza con gli strumenti informatici, in particolare del Pacchetto Office (Word, Excel);
- Massima flessibilità e disponibilità a effettuare trasferte frequenti (anche settimanali e fuori regione);

Si richiedono spiccate doti relazionali e comunicative, e buona predisposizione al lavoro di team. Il ruolo richiede, infine, ampia flessibilità e disponibilità a trasferte in tutta Italia.

Saranno valutate positivamente eventuali conoscenze dei principi e modelli operativi del Project Management.
