Technologist Expert

The Technologist Expert position is specific for aseptic technology. The resource is mainly involved on field during sensitive products projects and services execution. The resource is responsible to secure all the steps included in microbiological validation protocols are successfully passed so to allow equipment release for commercial production. This position is a great opportunity to become a specialist of aseptic packaging technology and to explore the world of sensitive products.

**Your Mission**:

- Technologist Expert is mainly in charge to lead and execute microbiological validation test onsite for sensitive product projects (aseptic, ultraclean, hotfill) in order to allow equipment release for the commercial production. The job is taking place mainly onsite.
- Based on the contractual validation protocol, drive onsite the equipment preparation and he will interact with the customer laboratory staff to follow up on the project's schedule and get all the support necessary to perform the tests.
- He/she could also be part of service teams for all the range of equipments (standard and sensitive products) as for specific service interventions (DV, Quality Audit, Maintenances)
- Support on site is necessary to evaluate the hygienic status of an equipment or to perform a validation test after a maintenance.
- Execute troubleshooting intervention requested for a sterility issues in order to find the root cause.

**Your Profile**:

- Graduated in Food Technology, Chemistry or Microbiology
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- HACCP acknowledge
- knowledge of microbes families and behaviors
- knowledge of beverage equipments is a plus
- Previous experience in a competitor or end user company is a plus, but not mandatory
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- problem solving attitude
