The Product Team is responsible for the creation of high-performance e-commerce platforms.

**Who you are**:
You are a passionate Product Manager with at least 3 years of experience in digital products for Direct To Consumer online transactional business (B2C e-commerce, marketplaces, fintech, proptech). Nice to have if you have experience in online businesses operating in more than one Country or in online businesses with repeated customers.

You have a thing for quality, details that no one else (apparently) notice, data driven solutions, you are animated by a strong inventiveness and you know the principles of Agile.
We request you to:

- For each of our brand, understanding with business owners which are drivers for topline
and margins growth and understand how product and tech can support this growth
- Agree with business owners on product priorities taking into account growth implications
- Participating in the product development lifecycle, from ideation and planning to launch and ongoing optimization
- Gathering and analyzing customer and market data and map competitors’ tech product and benchmarks’ tech products to drive product decisions
- Defining and prioritizing product features and requirements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products
- Identifying and addressing product issues and risks in a timely manner
- Communicating progress and updates to stakeholders and team members
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of product development processes and practices
- Measuring impact on business KPIs generated by products releases and identify further areas of improvements
- Be problem solver, hard worker and result oriented, with a good balance between speed
and perfection. We like the 80-20 rule applied to problem solving.

You love digital products that work well. You are an agile enthusiast, love tight collaboration with your team. You are able to organize your work autonomously. You love meeting deadlines and then celebrating afterwards.

**What you will do**:
You will work with the D2C team to maintain and evolve the design of our e-commerce platform and driving our brands growth on topline and margins, with a strong focus on improving conversion rates, Average Order Value, Repurchase Rate and geo roll-out.

You will help maintaining the foundation platform building new shared design components and UI visual assets. You will collaborate with the Business owners, Product manager, Design Manager and Sr. Developers in order to find the most suitable user experience solutions for every new brand to develop.

**To do that we use**:

- Figma
- Google Analytics & Internal BI
- Storybook (design system development side)
- Jira (we work in agile)
- Miro (user journey, product mapping, discovery phase etc. )
- Maze design (user testing)

**We will love you if you have**:

- Rock solid experience in designing, delivering and measuring solutions to improve Conversion Rate, Average Order Value and Repurchase Rate
- Proven experience in funnel optimization
- Proven experience in competitor analysis
- Proven experience with Google Analytics or other data analysis and Business Intelligence tools
- Able to create clear user stories and handoff documentation to support the developers work
- You know how to use Jira
- You have experience with Agile and Scrum methodology
- You are an excellent communicator, well organized, and enjoy working in a team
- English is not a big problem for you
