**About the role**:
We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Frontend Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing engaging web interfaces that meet high standards of usability and visual appeal.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Leverage UI Libraries**: Utilize and optimize UI libraries (e.g., Next UI) to create consistent, scalable, and reusable design elements within web interfaces.
- ** Responsive Design**: Design and develop responsive web interfaces optimized for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
- ** Design Consistency**: Ensure that the final implementation is consistent with the design vision, maintaining a high standard of quality, attention to detail, and design integrity.
- ** Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with frontend developers, backend developers, growth managers and other stakeholders to seamlessly integrate design concepts into functional web interfaces.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Proficiency in Next JS and Tailwind CSS** for modern web development.
- ** Familiarity with Next UI** or similar UI component libraries (nice to have).
- Knowledge of **React JS** and an understanding of **Progressive Web Application (PWA)** development principles.
- Experience with **responsive design** and a mobile-first approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design implementations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

**Nice to have**:

- ** Familiarity with Design Tools**: Proficiency in using design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch to create and manage design assets.
