**International Legal Assistance Specialist **che, all’interno di Plenitude, si occuperà di fornire assistenza legale, anche in autonomia, alla società in relazione all’attività estera nel settore delle energie rinnovabili e nel mercato retail, ivi inclusa l’attività di approvvigionamento di beni e servizi.

**All’interno del Team di International Legal Assistance ti occuperai di**:

- Monitorare l’evoluzione della normativa e fornire supporto alle funzioni della società interessate in materia;
- Assicurare consulenza ed assistenza legale alle varie funzioni della società, anche attivando i contributi delle altre unità della direzione affari legali per le materie specialistiche di rispettiva competenza;
- Coordinare l’assistenza da parte dei consulenti legali esterni.

**Questa è l’opportunità per te se rispondi a questi requisiti**:

- Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza. Potranno essere considerati titoli di studio differenti a fronte di una significativa esperienza nel ruolo.
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza maturata in studi legali di respiro internazionale e/o in-house in azienda multinazionale in materia corporate ed energy in generale (retail, renewables, e-mobility, gare internazionali per l’approvvigionamento di beni/servizi).
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata
