You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, enjoy professional development opportunities, access cutting-edge technologies, and make a meaningful impact on innovative projects.**Mission**
- You will drive impactful solutions by turning data into actionable insights. You'll collaborate with professionals from various specialities, including data scientists, researchers, and software designers, to deliver innovative solutions across diverse industries. By engaging with clients and contributing to every phase of projects, you'll help shape business success through strategic, data-driven initiatives.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Learn to analyze business needs, gather and interpret data, formulate and test hypotheses, and turn insights into developing recommendations.
- Develop skills in supporting all project phases, from forming hypotheses to implementing effective strategies.
- Gain experience building financial models, creating impactful presentations, and presenting findings.
- Collaborate with our experts across various sectors to develop comprehensive, innovative solutions.
- Continuously expand your knowledge and skills through hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship from experienced team members.
**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or Engineering General
- Master’s Degree in Economics or Statistics
**Qualifications**
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s, MSc or PhD degree with an **expected graduation date in 2025** in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
- Strong commitment to excellence and a personal and professional growth drive.
- Demonstrated outstanding academic performance with a keen aptitude for analytical thinking.
- Proven track record of taking initiative and demonstrating leadership in university/work environment or extracurricular activities.
- Resourceful, intellectually curious, empathetic, and energetic, with a mature approach to problem-solving.
- A genuine passion for business and a strong interest in tackling complex challenges.
- Collaborative team player with a preference for working in dynamic, team-oriented settings.
- Communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively in Italian and English, both verbally and in writing.
