**Key responsibilities include**:

- Analyzing purchase proposals generated by the MRP, setting priorities, and coordinating with suppliers to obtain order confirmations.
- Evaluating and managing requests for changes related to customer demand (advances, delays, cancellations).
- Monitoring and updating delivery dates in the company’s management system.
- Supporting the SQE in managing returns for non-compliant materials.
- Negotiating prices and purchase terms with local and global suppliers.

**Requirements**:
**Hard Skills**
- Preferable knowledge of electronic components.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and company management systems.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex data.

**The role includes**:

- Managing purchase proposals, order confirmations, and rescheduling of the backlog.
- Daily communication with Italian and foreign suppliers for technical-commercial details and negotiations.
- Monitoring supplier KPIs to ensure compliance with company standards.
