**Your tasks**:
Are you a proactive and results-oriented Sales professional? Join Sherwin-Williams, a global leader in the coatings and paints industry, as **Sales Representative **for Central Italy (Marche & Umbria). In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing and developing customer relationships, achieving sales objectives, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Cultivate relationships with both new and existing customers in Marche & Umbria to promote and sell products aligned to corporate strategy.
- Research, analyze, and report on industry trends and market data that impact sales volume, margins, and market share.
- Drive customer development through participation in industry trade shows and business networking.
- Execute multiple sales and business strategies, coordinating activities to streamline programs.
- Develop business plans for targeted market opportunities and assess progress against established plans.
- Collaborate with strategic partners to identify and seize business opportunities.
- Utilize market data to make informed decisions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Formulate pricing strategies and maintain a robust pricing architecture that aligns with market fluctuations.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to prioritize product development, strategic market analysis, costing, and pricing.
- Collaborate with the Marketing teams to define promotional tools and local sales tactics for sales growth initiatives.

**What we are looking for**:

- Preferred: Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Paint Technology.
- Proven sales and accounts management experience.
- Demonstrated track record in generating opportunities and closing new business.
- Strong ability to establish robust pricing strategies to optimize product margins and profitability.
- Organizational skills to effectively address issues and achieve results.
- Comfortable operating in a multinational, multicultural, and fast-growing organization.
- Ability to prioritize and perform under stress.
- Proficiency in English & Italian
