For our important client, operating as logistics service providers, we are looking for a

Warehouse Operations Support

In this role you will be reporting directly to the Site Manager and be responsible for operational support for the customers assigned. You will review and maximize operational monitoring and communications. You'll help to optimize operational processes reducing costs and increasing efficiency and service level.

You are the first point of contact for the customer (daily production, escalations, on time delivery/respect of KPIs, on time loading/unloading, performance) and you will identify process deviations, translate deviations into improvement proposals.
- A Bachelor/Master degree in Logistics / Supply Chain is preferable
- 5+ years of working experience in a relevant role with specific activities in the warehouse operations in a LSP
- Languages: fluent Italian, good English.
- ERP System advanced skill set
- Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
- Experience in an international company would be a major advantage
- Hands-on mentality, eager to take initiative on new opportunities and deliver targets
