By joining one of KPMG’s Accounting teams, you will work closely with leading companies, assisting them with an integrated compliance approach to administrative activities to translate the various legislative, regulatory and procedural requirements into accounting, tax and legal processes.
- agency services in connection with refinancing and financial restructuring transactions;
- monitoring of business plans on behalf of financing banks;
- correspondence with companies and banks;
- progress reports on restructuring transactions;
- management of performing (including state-backed) and non-performing loan portfolios.
- a master’s degree in business;
- knowledge of insolvency and debt restructuring proceedings (composition with creditors pursuant to article 161 and subsequent articles of the Insolvency Act, debt restructuring agreements pursuant to article 182-bis of the Insolvency Act, recovery agreements pursuant to article 67 of the Insolvency Act);
- financial knowledge of performing and non-performing loans (guarantees, repayment plans, financial statements analysis, financial covenants and workout strategies);
- excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Previous experience in an academic setting, with boutique asset managers, audit companies or larger chartered accounting firms is preferable.
