Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for people for the following position**:
**Project Development Specialist - Solar/PV (Italy)**
**Location: Milano, Italy**
Project Development Specialist identifica, negozia e firma i contratti di locazione dei terreni per i progetti fotovoltaici e fornisce supporto durante l’intero processo di autorizzazione.

**Responsibilities**
- Identifica e verifica i terreni per lo sviluppo di progetti fotovoltaici;
- Ha il primo contatto con i proprietari dei terreni, negozia e firma i contratti di locazione dei terreni;
- Prepara i documenti necessari per l’intero processo di autorizzazione fino all’ottenimento del permesso di costruzione;
- Prepara e presenta i documenti necessari ai Comuni e ad altri uffici;
- Coordina e supervisiona il lavoro di esperti esterni;
- Preparara i documenti e fornisce l’assistenza nel processo di richiesta di accesso alla rete;
- Preparara e verificara i budget e le tempistiche dei progetti.

**Requirements**:

- Esperienza nello sviluppo di progetti e nell’acquisizione di terreni in Italia;
- Esperienza nella valutazione dei siti;
- Lingue: italiano fluente e buona conoscenza dell’inglese;
- Forti capacità analitiche e di problem solving;
- Focalizzazione e orientamento agli obiettivi;
- Buone doti comunicative e capacità di fare presentazioni e partecipare a discussioni con agenzie governative e municipali;
- Conoscenza della legislazione relativa all’acquisizione di terreni e al processo di autorizzazione dei progetti in Italia;
- Conoscenza delle procedure per l’ottenimento dei permessi locali;
- Conoscenza degli aspetti legali e tecnici della rete energetica italiana e del processo di richiesta di accesso alla rete;
- Patente di guida valida e disponibilità a frequenti viaggi d’affari.
