Our client is a leading multinational company operating in electronics and semiconductor manufacturing sector.

**Posizione**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify innovative and effective sourcing strategies for each role in order to meet the requests of the internal customers
- Create effective postings and use the right channels to advertise opportunities and attract the best talents
- Properly manage the Social Media to enhance employer branding
- Build a strong relation with Hiring Managers and teams in order to guarantee a deep understanding of their needs.

**Requisiti**:
**Skills**:

- Master Degree or equivalent in HR or related discipline
- 3/5 years of experience in a Head-Hunting or Recruiting Company or equivalent experience in High-Tech Companies in the staffing team
- Positive attitude and agile approach, willing to collaborate in a complex and multicultural environment
- Fluent in English
