INSIDE SALES (JOB NUMBER: C0623FI)

Per la nostra direzione Sales ricerchiamo uno/a:
**INSIDE SALES**

La risorsa, inserita nel team di riferimento, dovrà gestire le seguenti attività:

- Sviluppare il processo di vendita (New From New) attraverso contatti telefonici e via mail, fino alla finalizzazione della trattativa e alla firma del Contratto Quadro.
- Effettuare consulenza sul Noleggio a Lungo Termine, promuovendo i servizi a valore aggiunto di Arval (Arval Active Link, Mid Term, Car Sharing, Carte Carburante, ecc.)
- Preparare le quotazioni richieste
- Aggiornare il CRM con tutte le informazioni utili al proseguimento della trattativa (chiamate e informazioni sul parco auto)
- Preparare la prima documentazione necessaria per la richiesta di approvazione KYC e Credit Risk
- Ricontattare i prospect che hanno ricevuto offerte commerciali al fine di verificare l’interesse nella proposta inviata
- Registrare tutte le attività di follow up e lo stato dei Lead e dei Prospect
- Predisporre il passaggio di consegne del nuovo cliente all’Account Manager

Possiede inoltre ottime capacità relazionali, buone capacità di organizzazione e pianificazione. È necessaria una buona conoscenza ed utilizzo dei Sistemi informatici (Windows e OS, Pacchetto Office)
