**Your Mission**:
Part of a mechanical engineering team, he/she is integrated within a project team to secure the development and maintenance of the filling valves as well as other mechanical modules.
- Manage the cycle life of the solutions & modules of his/her own perimeter, including new product developments according to specifications
- Lead the definition of the functional specifications/design rules in collaboration with automation & other stakeholders from engineering
- Lead the definition of the functional specs/design rules, the design and qualification of the assigned solution at Lob/mod. level
- Accountable for the overall performance, reliability and cost of the assigned solution at module level
- Optimize and maintain the configurability, modularity, interfaces standardisation level at module level
- Lead design non conformity reduction plan by RCA methodology securing proper preventive actions
- Execute and syncronize engineering activity related to the module level, in accordance with the PDP, PCC, issue resolution and customer order requirements. Provide technical risk analysis for critical modules (DFMEA)
- Decide and validate all the modifications concerning the module managed
- Secure the conformity to the development process and to the global standards and safety regulation
- Track PER related to the equipment managed, executing proper prioritization and risk assessment when necessary
- Contribute to defining budgets, resources planning and secure proper allocation of engineering cost and control expenses vs development budget
- Lead functionally resources and task assigned becoming a unique entry point for the module in his perimeter
- Secure resource allocation,,task prioritisation, competences development
- Promotes transversal engineering approach between modules and job rotation

**Professional Qualifications and Experience**
- Technical expertise on product
- Project management
- CAD Skills
- Design to cost skills
- Structural analysis / Fluid dynamic/ Statistical analysis skills
- six sigma methodology
