**Printing Technician** è un professionista che si occupa di eseguire le attività di collaudo funzionale delle macchine all'interno dell'azienda al fine di assicurare che esse vengano spedite perfettamente rispondenti alle richieste del cliente;
- E’ altresì responsabile delle operazioni di installazione e collaudo finale dell’impianto presso i clienti, gestendo on site i rapporti con i medesimi, nel rispetto degli standard di qualità definiti, al fine di conseguire l'accettazione da parte del cliente entro tempistiche e i costi prefissati.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Gestire in autonomia il corretto collaudo di macchine automatiche in sede (FAT) e/o presso il cliente (SAT). Si intende il collaudo statico e dinamico per la parte sia meccanica/pneumatica che elettrica/elettronica;
- Gestire e pianificare le attività in fase di commissioning operando in sinergia con i colleghi meccanici ed elettrici;
- Avviare la macchina di stampa impostando i parametri di stampa
- Verificare la qualità del primo pezzo prodotto attraverso misurazioni e controlli
- Correggere eventuali errori di stampa con apposite soluzioni o eventuali difetti di funzionamento della macchina
- Avviare la produzione di una stampa prova, verificando il funzionamento della macchina e della qualità della stampa effettuando le dovute regolazioni per ottenere l’effetto desiderato dal cliente
- Formare il personale del cliente finale all’utilizzo della macchina installata;
- Garantire il rispetto delle norme in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro.
- Formazione técnica: diploma di perito elettrico / elettronico / elettromeccanico / elettrotecnico con propensione alla parte collaudi di macchine ambito automazione industriale;
- Ottima lettura del disegno meccanico, comprensione della parte elettrica, competenze di base di elettronica;
- Preferenziale la conoscenza dei processi di stampa offset o flessografiche;
- Buon utilizzo dei più comuni strumenti e attrezzature da officina (trapano, avvitatore, strumenti di misura, macchine utensili );
- Pluriennale esperienza maturata nel collaudo di macchinari/impianti industriali complessi realizzati su commessa;
- Conoscenze e sensibilità spiccata rispetto alle tematiche relative alla salute e sicurezza sul lavoro;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese tecnico utile per interfacciarsi con i clienti sul sito;
- Disponibilità a trasferte in tutto il mondo (fino ad un massimo del 40% del tempo lavorativo).
- Familiarità con i principali applicativi pacchetto Office
- referenza per domicilio entro i 40 km dalla sede di lavoro
