Corteco is an internationally leading supplier in the open automotive replacement parts market. As a subsidiary of the global Freudenberg Group, we supply over 26,000 articles in OEM quality. In seals and vibration control technology as well as cabin air filters, this makes the product range of an original equipment manufacturer available to independent workshops and replacement parts dealers as well. **Responsibilities**:

- Takes direction from Sourcing Manager.
- Works cross-functionally with Quality, Category Management and Replenishment to achieve on time new product development launch targets, coordinate product transfers, resourcing activities to achieve cost reductions, improve quality and mitigation of continuation of supply concerns.
- Oversees all aspects of supplier performance, such as Total Cost of Quality, On-time delivery, PPV; negotiates and maintains contracts and/or agreements pertinent to the purchase terms and conditions, including, but not limited to: piece price, lead time, minimum and multiple quantities, payment terms, shipping terms, asset management, stocking programs.
- Assure all Sourcing & Procurement practices are in compliance with ISO procedures and business laws.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Materials Management/Procurement or Engineering.
- 0-5 years of Sourcing experience, preferably of mechanical components.
- Good analytical, organizational and negotiation skills and ability to plan and prioritize multiple projects.
- Accountability for maintaining suppliers’ relations.
- Fluent English and German language.
- Good attitude to work in multicultural environment.
