**About the Role**: We are looking for a dedicated Area Sales Manager (f/m/d) Peripheral to join our Medical (Vascular) Team in Italy who will be responsible for developing business opportunities and maximize profitable sales by building on well-established relationships and acquiring new customers in the Piemonte-Liguria-Valle d’Aosta.

This is a remote position, and you can work from your home office in most locations within Piemonte or Liguria, Italy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop frequent support of physicians during Peripheral interventional procedures
- Accountable for all aspects of managing business, including full account responsibility and accurate sales forecasting
- Develop business opportunities and maximize profitable sales by building on well-established relationships and acquiring new customers
- Monitoring and allocation of investment budgets, as well proper field inventory management
- Manage local agents, as well as attend international and regional events and congresses
- Deal with public and private hospital’s administrations and their purchasing departments

**Required Qualifications**:

- University degree in biomedical engineering or similar qualification
- Background in vascular medical sales, with the ability to work consultatively and collaboratively with medical professionals
- Proven clinical experience in the catheter laboratory, supporting vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, interventional cardiologists
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize and drive the business to success
- Natural team-playing qualities able to interact with associates across Europe on a regular basis
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focus
- Written and verbal fluency in Italian and English is required
- Ability to travel 75% of the time

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Preferred Experience on Aortic and/or Peripheral Interventional business (0-3 years)
- Preferred prior experience of interaction with a network of Agents and/or distributors
