**In this **_Continuous Improvement_**_ _**_Specialist - (OMS Champion)_**_ _**role you will**:

- **_ Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;_**:

- **_ Engaging Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers_**:

- **_ Manage and support_**_ _**_process improvement projects_**:

- **_ Implement and monitor KPIs_**:

- **_ Promote and convey continuous improvement tools;_**:

- **_ Managing continuous improvement opportunities for Kaizen and Kaikaku, addressing necessary actions;_**:

- **_ Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management;_**
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
- At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry;
- Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;
- Good knowledge of the English;
- Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;
- Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement
