Italian Citizenship Assistance (ICA), with offices in Italy, Los Angeles, and New York, is a leading company specializing in Italian citizenship services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Native English speaker to join our team as an Editorial Writer. This is a full-time position based in our Rovigo office.

Job Responsibilities: As an Editorial Writer at ICA, you will play a vital role in the production of written materials for both informative and publicity purposes, online and in print. Your responsibilities will include performing various administrative and editorial tasks necessary for the creation of engaging content. Specifically, your duties will involve:

- Writing articles and reports related to Italian citizenship and immigration
- Amending and editing articles to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Collating the work of several authors and ensuring cohesive and consistent content
- Proofreading and editing online content, including social media posts
- Uploading text and images to our website using a content management system
- Compiling and distributing newsletters using specific software
- Native English speaker
- A university degree, with preference given to English, journalism, or media and communications studies
- A high standard of written and spoken English
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in IT, administrative, and secretarial tasks, including word processing and research skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to produce engaging content
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Italian not required but a plus
