**About This Opportunity**:
Docebo’s
**Application Administrator** will be an enthusiastic champion focused on getting the most out of our technology investments and ensuring that Docebo’s core values are represented in how we deliver and support our technology solutions. **mprove the Docebo Corporate Technology landscape** by pursuing innovative, simple, and efficient solutions that continue to support our fellow Docebians.

**Location**: Biassono / Milano (Hybrid)

**Reports to**: Cloud Administrator and Regional Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Research, recommend, and lead the implementation and ongoing improvement of Docebo’s Corporate Tech Stack with a consistent focus on simplicity, automation and user experience;
- Design and implement appropriate monitoring, alerting, and reporting mechanisms to ensure service availability, performance, capacity, and the ability to produce metrics and KPIs on the overall corporate tech stack health, Service Desk performance; security (incl. Vulnerability management, endpoint protection, etc.), end-user satisfaction (CSTAT, NPS, etc.);
- Plan, test, document, and lead execution of regular maintenance and changes to the Docebo Corporate Tech Stack
- Act as one of the primary owners of the Corporate IT asset management inventory;
- Act as a technical mentor and point of escalation;
- Act as primary incident coordinator during incident response activities;
- Partner with HR, Operations, and Security groups to ensure exceptional end-user experience and industry-leading protection of Docebo’s assets and information resources;
- Participate in the development of IT policies, standards, processes, and guidelines;
- Participate in the development and delivery of IT-related awareness training.

**Requirements**:

- English fluency (Both spoken and written);
- Experience in delivering cloud-based IT services;
- O365 or Google Workspace Administrator experience;
- IAM Administrator Experience (eg. Okta, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory);
- Ticketing System Administration (eg. Atlassian, ServiceNow, FreshService);
- MDM/UEM Administrator Experience (eg. JumpCloud, Miradore, NinjaOne);
- Scripting (Bash and PowerShell).

**Preferred requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field of study;
- Experience with automation workflows, including the ability to create custom scripts in various languages;
- Knowledge of industry-standard cloud architectures (GCP, Azure, AWS);
- Knowledge of networking concepts and network management tools (eg. Meraki, Unifi, Ubiquiti);
- IT and Information Security Certifications;
- Knowledge of Python.
