Ensures global consistency of Brand Image by managing Visual Merchandising processes towards markets, ensuring the correct implementation of VM Global Guidelines meanwhile supporting necessities. The Corporate VM will follow and he/she will have a focus on the worldwide market.

**_In this role, you will:_**
- Support the Seasonal Visual Merchandising Guidelines creation liaising with other VM departments (creative & production);
- Manage the relation with markets or selected areas aiming to adapt the Corporate Guidelines to local needs;
- Ensure correct implementation of Windows Calendars and product rotation aligned to merchandising delivery schedules;
- Train local Visual Merchandiser teams on Zegna visual standards through feedback mechanism and coaching activity;
- Do WW local market visit and understanding to set VM standards and nurse the Visual culture at cross-function levels, mainly on wholesale side.

- Personal taste and ability to translate luxury style trends in in-store product presentation
- At least 3 years of Retail Visual Merchandising experience and/or sales experiences
- Appreciated University degree
- Organizational Skills and proactive attitude
- Self motivated, able to work autonomously and results driven
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching and feedback skills
- Fluent English, other languages as plus
- Availability to international mobility (50% travelling)
