IT Support Technician

Supporting the new global strategy, we technologically boost and standardize the solutions adopted, empowering Decathlon sport market to the next level.

As part of the **Italian IT Retail Support Team**, **your main focus will be**:

- Support and maintain with efficiency the IT infrastructure of specific sites (stores, headquarters).
- Be the referent for specific Hardware and Software products adopted in the Retail business area.
- Actively contribute to the IT Support executing device configurations and troubleshooting
- Write, Follow and facilitate IT procedure and their adoption.

**Requirements**:
Must have:

- Digital/Technology passion with knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
- Analytical skills and adopting a methodical approach.
- Fluent in English (B1 or higher).

Nice to have:

- Technical/Engineering Degree
- Prior experience(s) in IT Department or Tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
- One (or more) successful experience(s) in the Supply Chain or Retailers
