YOUR MISSION
Scope
The Investor & ESG Relations Analyst is responsible to ensure an appropriate and strategic positioning of the Company among the financial analysts, investors and all the stakeholders by enabling effective two-way communication.
Main
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS
**Responsibilities**:
WITH FINANCIAL INVESTORS
ü Ongoing management of the investors’ base, through roadshows, attendance to financial conferences, periodic visits, etc.
ü Broadening of the existing investors’ base, through public presentations on the Company at the financial conferences, with one-to-one follow-ups via conference calls with new engaged investors.
ü Communication of ESG metrics, targets and actions in place.
WITH FINANCIAL ANALYSTS
ü Building the understanding of the Company among key groups that influence perceptions and maintain the relationship with financial analysts through periodic and active visits, conference calls, etc.
ü Development of the relationship with new analysts, expanding the coverage on the stock.
WITHIN THE COMPANY
ü Development of key communication materials in collaboration with senior leadership in preparation of public presentations, roadshows, earnings releases and other announcements.
ü Development and update of valuation models on the Company vs competitors
ü Preparation and update of the financial analysts’ consensus.
ü Drafting of financials and products’ press releases/presentations.
ü Drafting of the Company description section into the Annual Report.
ü Maintenance/update of the Investor Relations section in the corporate website (update on strategy and special projects, publication of documents, etc.).
**Qualifications**:
YOU
**Education**:
University degree or equivalent professional qualification or higher in Business and Economics.
**Specialization**:
**Specific trainings courses, such as**:
ü Public Speaking
ü Financial Analysis
ü Customer Orientation
Master, CFA, Chartered Accountant, and/or Auditor professional qualifications are a plus.
Experience
**Experience**:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sell
- or buy-side role in the financial community or in a financial role within a large corporation or in a consultancy firm, with expertise in business communication and/or financial analysis.
Financial valuation models’ expertise is a plus.
**Technical Competencies**:
ü Ability to understand and interpret top management’s needs and expectations, conveying the right message towards the financial community
ü Knowledge of financial markets metrics and functioning
ü Continuous relationships management with the financial community.
ü Familiarity with financial and valuation modeling used by the financial community.
ü Ability to draft engaging and impactful messages.
ü High proficiency with the MS Office Suite to process large amounts of data.
