The Pricing & HEOR specialist is a member of the P&HEOR team, reporting directly to the P&HEOR head. The team is a part of the Market access department. The P&HEOR specialist works in close collaboration with the Value and Access Lead responsible for the therapeutic area/product. The P&HEOR specialist will cover a therapeutic area and be responsible for the products assigned as follows:
Adapt global Cost-effectiveness and Budget impact models to the Italian market Lead the publication plan related to health economics, epidemiology and real world evidence ensuring the successful publication and dissemination of the evidence generated Contribute to the development of the global Pricing and HEOR projects by presenting the Italian perspective and needs Development of strategic reports from AIFA web-registry on the key insights from real world usage of the products Supportthe development of the local the pricing and contracting offer and the negotiation preparation by developing contracting tools for managed entry agreements, benchmarking case studies, organizing mock negotiations Lead the development of tools and material to support Regional market access The P&HEOR manager will contribute to non product related projects such as general monitoring of AIFAactivities - innovation appraisals, contracting options, new position statements and estimate impacts for Sanofi. Requirements University degree in Science or Economics and HealthEconomics/ healthcare managementpostgraduate studies (PhD, Master) At least 1 year full time working experience in a market access or health economics role in pharmaceutical industry or consulting Very well motivated Excellent skills in Excel and Power Point Good interpersonal and leadership skills Excellent Italian and Good English are a must what Sanofi can offer you:
