Exclusive Networks Italia is looking for a Financial Services Specialist. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of the company by implementing effective financial strategies and managing financial resources efficiently. Your expertise will be essential in providing valuable insights and recommendations to senior management, contributing to sound decision-making processes.

**About the role**
- Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to guide the organization's financial decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas of improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks.
- Provide regular financial reports to the executive team, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
- Budget Management:

- Manage the company's budgetary process, working closely with department heads to set and track budgetary goals.
- Monitor expenses, revenue streams, and cash flow to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Investment Strategies:

- Collaborate with the investment team to develop and execute strategic investment plans.
- Conduct research on market trends, economic conditions, and investment opportunities to optimize returns on investment.
- Ensure compliance with investment guidelines and risk management policies.
- Financial Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, standards, and legal requirements.
- Prepare financial statements, audit documentation, and other financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities during financial audits and examinations.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized financial advice and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Financial Services Manager or in a similar financial management role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, investment strategies, and financial regulations.
- Proficient in financial analysis and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive financial information.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
