Il nostro cliente è un' importante **società con animo IT**, che accompagna le aziende verso l’innovazione e la trasformazione attraverso servizi di consulenza specifici nella progettazione ed implementazione di sistemi innovativi di **data management** nel settore banking e **clinical**.

In ottica di miglioramento e potenziamento dell’**area commerciale Clinical**, siamo alla ricerca di un **Business Development Manager** con focus sul consolidamento del mercato in Italia e sviluppo dei mercati nel **Sud **Europa **(in particolare Francia e Spagna).

La persona andrà a rivestire un **ruolo chiave** durante l’intero **funnel di vendita**, dall’ideazione della strategia efficace, sviluppo clienti, gestione degli stessi, fino alla trattativa, con lo scopo di raggiungere **ambiziosi obiettivi di business**.

**In particolare ti occuperai di**:

- sviluppare una strategia di crescita ( con focus su prezzi e posizionamento) e una pianificazione di supporto incentrata sia sul guadagno finanziario che sulla soddisfazione dei clienti;
- supportare lo sviluppo di nuovi studi clinici con i clienti esistenti;
- collaborare con i PM per esigenze eventuali dei clienti esistenti;
- identificare esigenze e tendenze di nuovi mercati e clienti con anche supporto e collaborazione con il team del marketing
- monitorare in tempo reale le vendite, i ricavi e le fatture attraverso il CRM interno aziendale;
- partecipazione a conferenze di settore;

La persona che desideriamo inserire ha maturato almeno **4 anni di esperienza** in qualità di **Business Developer **con esperienza in ambito Health e conoscenza/competenza della materia informatica**,** esperta nelle dinamiche del mercato Health, ambiziosa e desiderosa di entrare in una realtà dinamica e in continua crescita.
