General Role
The Customer Relation Center is in charge of interacting with customers for our 11 Italian and Greek Boutiques. The team's goals include building customer loyalty, providing excellent service, conveying the values of the Maison, supporting colleagues in the boutiques, and proactively collaborating on business development. As an ambassador for Hermès, The CRC Assistant will be committed entirely to the satisfaction of the Maison's end clients. The CRC Assistant will handle inbound calls for customers who contact boutiques and he/she will share with them all the relevant information about our products.
Context
- 10 direct stores in Italy: Milan, Rome, Florence, Venice, Turin, Padua, Bologne, Naples, Porto Cervo, Capri.
- 1 direct store in Greece: Athens.
Main responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls for customers contacting the boutiques;
- Assisting customers, guiding them, offering them a unique and memorable experience;
- Ensure, as the point of reference for customer interaction, not only the quality of the relationship with them, but also with colleagues in the boutique, with a spirit of availability and proactivity;
- Ensure the sharing with customers of all information regarding our products (features, availability, reservations, etc.), or any other useful information, communicating procedures and compliance with policies (purchases, returns, exchanges), and advising on retail services (distance selling, appointments to be made in the boutique), but also ensuring follow-up by the boutique contacted.
Profile
- At least 5 years’ experience in a retail/hospitality context with complex assortments, having worked with a demanding, international clientele would be an asset;
- Fluent in Italian and English;
- Nice to have Greek and French;
- Proved expertise in customer relationships;
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy and excellent stress management;
- Ability with with computer tools ;
- Ability to be empathetic, having strong interpersonal skills;
- Problem solver mindset & hands-on attitude;
- Strong service mindset & easy to approach;
- Undisputed team player, autonomous and proactive.
