**Job Summary**:
In the Director Automation & Solutions Commercialisation role you will be the owner of the development and alignment of commercial models, terms and conditions for product, service and solution sales as well as of warranty and guarantee policies for the Automation & Solutions (A&S) portfolio. You will be also responsible for commercial metric development and ongoing commercial reporting for the A&S portfolio

The position could be based in Modena, Italy or Lund, Sweden.

**What you will do**:

- Benchmark market pricing models and levels within Automation and Digital portfolio
- Design and deploy the commercial model for market pricing across the Automation and Digital software portfolio (including segmentation, tiering and perpetual/recurring revenue models)
- Design an associated Services pricing framework for the Automation & Digital Services portfolio
- Create and deploy an internal transfer pricing model for the Automation & Digital product and services portfolio
- Define annual and 3yr financial targets for strategic pricing across Automation & Digital
- Lead the formulation of a contractual framework of terms and conditions for the Automation & Digital portfolio for legal team review and alignment
- Lead all trade compliance and export control elements for the Automation & Digital business
- Lead a pricing strategy program for Integrated Plant Solutions implementations

**We believe you have**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering (automated, industrial, mechanical, or electrical production), Business Administration, or related commercial field with 10+ years relevant work experience with target of 7+ years in sales or product development in manufacturing automation.
- Excellent communication and presentations skills with ability to continuously learn by developing ourselves and those you work with.
- Collaborative style with multiple stakeholders.
